I'm talking with local realtors here in NH every day (mainly to find REO's) and I'm still amazed at how few of them are blogging or remotely aware of what their competition is doing online etc. Realtors will be well served to get RSS feeds to your blog and stay current with this fast-changing end of the business. Hopefully some of you have read Seth Godin's new book: "Meatball Sundae", where he goes through the 14 trends which are occurring in the online marketplace. As you're reading/listening, you'll say to yourself "Wow, there's a ton of people out there who have no idea of any of this stuff!"
