How cool would it be if Zillow were to offer people a “Room Layout Application” online, where they could move walls etc when considering a remodel?!

We have some exciting times ahead of us as real estate continues to morph into all kinds of neat offerings online…. I can’t wait to see full, free access to comparable sales for the general public, nationwide. Wonder how long it will be before this ocurs.

I have no idea what colors I like. That's just a language that I don't speak. But I'm more than able to look through thousands of photos and say which *photos* I like. A fun AND useful tool.
