I’ve really enjoyed playing with this hotlist, but it’s always left a little bit to be desired… especially in terms of interacting with interesting links. With that in mind, I think I’ve found a better solution. I’m going to start sharing links over on my new Facebook page: Dustin Luther on Facebook
Just like this Hotlist, it will allow me (and you too!) to share links, embed videos and photos, and leave comments, but even better, there are features like “like” that (I hope) will allow these links to reach more folks who might find them interesting. If you want to take part in this new experiment, join me over on Facebook by becoming a Fan of my page.
Just like this page, you’ll be able to leave links to whatever you think others might find interesting on the wall, and assuming it is interesting stuff (just like here, I’m going to monitor things to make sure no spam gets published!), I’m going to continue to look for ways to promote interesting real estate content!
Best!
Have you downloaded Nik_nik’s new e-book about Twitter for Real Estate ? Why not? It’s FREE!
Spring is in the air.. time for a spring update on Leavenworth condos. (A reality check for developers who wish they had read this warning to speculators )
The new facebook layout looks like a homerun to me. It should be interesting to see how this will change interaction on the site…

CompareIt is a pretty nifty new feature from Trulia. I’ve seen some backend MLS systems have a tool like this, so it’s pretty interesting to bring it front and center for consumers.

Just read this great post on Ben’s NW Arkansas blog - a nice way of explaining the dangers of overpricing your home. (And a nasty photo of chicken pox that makes me itch just thinking about it.)
