Real Estate Appraisals in Alpharetta are a BIG FAT JOKE. It seems these days that appraisals come back at $1000 over the contracted price. This is a common pattern i’m seeing. Do you really want me to believe that by chance the contracted price and the appraised value are really only $1000 apart. Wow, <sarcasm> realtors must really be good at pricing and negotiating to get so close to “the number” each time. </sarcasm>
