Say it ain’t so! But yes, it’s true…yesterday, Family Housing Resources announced that funds for Down Payment Assistance have been exhausted for 2008. The only grants available are for those tied to the Pima County Bond Program for first-time homebuyers.
Thankfully, 2009 is just around the corner: The smart homebuyers who will need assistance with their down payments will be ready to buy sooner rather than later!
