Are you wondering… where am I?

You’re not alone!

Many of us spend days wondering around the internet looking for meaning.   The 4realz Hotlist is my attempt to add a bit of insight into the web.   In building this tool, I imagined that I was building a diary for the world of online real estate.

But here’s the catch… I can’t do it alone. As a matter of fact, none of us can, which is why the 4realz Hotlist craves your attention.

Once you register with the site, you’ll join the rest of us in being able to highlight the things around the web that you find most interesting.   Maybe that’s a blog post your just wrote or a YouTube video that caught your attention.  The important part is that you get to share your bit of insight with us!

So here’s how it works…   Once you’re at the homepage (and logged in!), you’ll see a friendly box at the top of the screen.  Here’s what it looks like for me:

Into this box, you can put whatever text you want, but here’s the catch with the Hotlist…

Keep it short and sweet! AND LINK!

One sentence (maybe two)…  and maybe a photo or video.

Remember that I have a really short attention span, so I’m looking for things that will catch my eye and cause me to click on the link.   When in doubt, focus on the “why”  (i.e. why I should click on the link).

Of course, to help get the ball rolling, I’m going to highlight the best of the Hotlist on 4realz.net on a regular basis (probably each week!), so if you’re clever enough in the way your promote your article, you’ll not only give yourself a link from the 4realz Hotlist, but you’ll also get a link from 4realz.net (and the associated traffic!).

Keep it real… and remember, it’s the thought that counts!
